After subscribing, you can place unlimited design requests in your queue, and they will be completed one at a time in the order they were received.

Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled within two days. Requests with greater complexity may require additional time.

I create all of my designs in Adobe CC programs - Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

DesignDream provides considerable versatility in the manner you can request designs through Trello. Clients commonly make design requests directly on Trello, by sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or through recording a brief Loom video for those who'd rather not write their briefs. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared within Trello, it's acceptable.

The subscription does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document designs (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazine, books, etc.).

Given the premium quality of our work, we do not issue refunds.
